DAY 1
SATURDAY, MAY 23, 2026
Arrive Lamezia Terme / Transfer To Tropea
Upon arrival to Lamezia airport, meet your driver and transfer to our hotel in Tropea. Take some time to rest and recuperate from your flights. In the afternoon hours, meet your host and fellow travelers for a welcome drink. Later, head to one of the best local restaurants for an amazing welcome dinner, with 3-courses of delicious Calabrese dishes and drinks included.
DAY 2
SUNDAY, MAY 24, 2026
Tropea / Boat Tour To Capo Vaticano
Today, we explore Tropea, the Gem of Calabria! We’ll meet a licensed local guide and enjoy a tour of the town. This tour will be a blend of history, life and food tasting. We will enjoy a coffee, try some local snacks and enjoy learning all about Tropea. Then, our guide will escort us to the beach where we’ll embark on an unforgettable adventure on our private boat. We’ll sail along the stunning Coast of the Gods! Swim with hundreds of fish in crystal-clear waters, discover hidden bays, and enjoy a refreshing local aperitif on board. Our expert local skipper will take us to the exclusive spots, to explore golden sandy coves, the Pirate's Waterfall, Grotticelle Lagoon, Riaci Canyon and more! The boat is ours for approximatley 4 hours, and the rest of the day is free! Upon return, you may stay at the beach, relax at the hotel, or explore more of Tropea at your own pace.
DAY 3
MONDAY, MAY 25, 2026
Explore Reggio Calabria
In the morning after breakfast, we’ll meet our driver and board our mini coach to Reggio Calabria, one of the oldest cities in in Calabria, founded at the very beginning of the Greek colonization. Upon arrival, we will meet our guide and enjoy a visit to the Argonese Castle and also the Cathedral. Then, we’ll enjoy a stroll along Corso Garibaldi, the main street lined up with elegant boutiques by Italian and International designers. We will continue the walk to the city waterfront often called “the most beutiufl kilometer in Italy” we’ll enjoy some free time, to grab a bite, or to do some shopping. Then, we’ll meet our guide again and proceed to visit the Archeological Museum which housed the famous Riace Bronzes. From there, we’ll head to Scilla, a picturesque, quiet fisherman’s town. Our local guide will show us around and take us to see the Ruffo Castle, one of the most important monuments in Calabria. Then, we’ll have free time to admire the splendid beach of Marina Grande, and to take a walk around the ”Chianalea”, the lively fishermen’s village. The return to our hotel in Tropea is planned for the later afternoon hours, and your evening is at leisure.
DAY 4
Today we start a little later! Enjoy a lazy morning, relax at the hotel, or go to the beach! In the early afternoon hours, we will gather and board our mini coach. Enjoy the ride to the nearby historic town Pizzo. In Pizzo, we’ll meet a local guide to discover the Murat Castle and the fascinating Church of Piedigrotta, carved into the tuff, and by the sea. After the short walking tour, we’ll have plenty of free time to explore Pizzo. Whatever you decide to do, don’t miss on sampleing the famous Truffle Gelato di Pizzo! Later, we will meet our driver again and proceed to a local wine estate where we’ll enjoy “Apericena”, a small dinner before dinner! Our “Apericena” takes place in an organic winery, starting with an interesting tour of the winery and a leisurely walk through the vineyards, savoring a buffet with all the authentic Calabrian specialties: a variety of pastas, parmigiana, meatballs, salami, cheeses, onion omelette and more. As the sun sets over the sea, we’ll enjoy dour inner with the winery’s delightful selection of wines: reds, rosé and whites. We’ll return to our hotel in Tropea in the evening.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 27, 2026
Stilo, Gerace & Aspromonte NP
It’s time to discover more of Calabria. We will board our mini coach after breakfast with an amazing diay ahead of us! Get ready for an amazing trip through Calabria’s stunning countryside. We’ll start by visiting the medieval village of Stilo, known for its beautiful “La Cattolica” church. Then, we’ll head to Gerace, another medieval gem, where we’ll enjoy discovering the historic center and ancient churches of Byzantine origin. Our next stop will be for lunch at a local farm where we’ll taste amazing food and local wines. Finally, we’ll drive through the breathtaking Aspromonte National Park, to admire Calabria’s natural beauty. With each passing mile, you’ll fall more in love with this captivating corner of Italy, where tourists didn’t yet arrive. Our driver will stop for us to take pictures and dig it all in. The return to Tropea is planed for the late afternoon/early evening hours.
DAY 6
THURSDAY, MAY 28, 2026
Olive Oil Experience & Nicotera
Today we discoer more flavors of Calabria as we explore more of the rural area. We’ll board our mini coach in the morning and head on a drive through the the countryside, to a local olive oil farm. We’ll enjoy a tractor ride throgh the rows of silver-green olive trees, and then we’ll sit and enjoy lunch inspired by Calabria’s culinary heritage, prepared with all locally sourced ingredients, and the region’s liquid gold – Calabrian olive oil. After lunch we continue our journey to the historic town of Nicotera, and absolute gem! We’ll walk around and admire the architecture of timless monuments such as the Nicotera Castello Ruffo, and the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta. We’ll have some free time to explore and enjoy Nicotera before returning to our hotel in Tropea in the afternoon hours.
DAY 7
FRIDAY, MAY 29 2026
Tropea
Today is our last day in Calabria. Enjoy the mornng! Go to the beach, relax, dig it all in! In the mid-afternoon hours, we’ll gather one last time and head to our amazing farewell dinner! First, a surprise stop, with a mesmerizing view, and then, dinner near the sea. We will enjoy a 3-course delicious dinner with drinks, then it will be time to say goodbye as our driver takes us back to our hotel.
DAY 8
Your driver will pick you up from our hotel and take you to the Lamezia Terme airport for your homebound flight.
