We offer a variety of Itinerary options to choose from. All programs were thoughtfully created by our Europe expert Alida.
The prices listed alongside the programs are orientational, just to give you an idea of the approximate cost for each of the tours. This approximate price is created based on 2 guests traveling together and sharing a room, in the lower season, with 4* Hotel accommodation and breakfast included daily + all the included transfers, train rides, tours, and experiences.

To get an exact price quote, for your specific dates and number of guests, please fill out the request for quote form, and our team will be in touch with you to create a quote based on your needs (dates, number of guests, level of accommodation and similar)

Ready Made Travel Programs
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Within the next 24 hours from submitting the request, be on a lookout for an email from vagabonda@vagabondatravel.com (check also your spam folder). Our team will send you a short questionnaire, to get the necessary information to be able to prepare a proposal and quote for you. These questions are your names, number of participants, information on dates, preference in terms of accommodation, room type and similar. You will fill it out and send it back to our team. In the following few days, we will work to put all services and accommodation on hold for you (this is why it takes a few days), and send you a proposal with a price quote.

This is why we provide an approximate price range up front, for you to have an idea of the minimal cost for each of the ready-made programs. Then, In the follow up questionnaire, you will also be asked to provide a budget you have assigned for the trip. Depending on your budget level, we will adjust the accommodation to 4 or 5-star hotels, or a combination of both. The proposal we provide will be on the budget you pre-set. In case the budget is too low, we will be in touch with you to discuss options before working on the proposal/quote.

Not a problem at all, we can always offer alternative hotel options and prepare a revised quote. In this case, you will let us know exactly which hotel you would like to change, and we will work on a revision for you.

It is important to know that we do not work with international chain hotels. We choose to support smaller, locally owned, and managed businesses. We believe this makes a greater impact on the local economy while also providing a more authentic experience for our guests.

All hotels we work with are vetted in person by our team and tested repeatedly by our guests over the past years.

The only exception to this rule is IF we don’t have a good, locally owned accommodation option, in a town of place, and a chain hotel is the only appropriate available accommodation.

On the last page of your proposal, there will be space to sign and accept. You will send us the confirmation/acceptance of the proposal and our terms and conditions, and then, we’ll send you your confirmation invoice for the trip.

The deposit of $500 is due at time of confirmation, and the balance 45 days before your arrival to destination. You may read the full Terms and Conditions here (the full terms and conditions will also be listed as part of your proposal)

You get all the same services as our private trip planning, and Alida works on it with her trusted supplier partners, but without paying the fee of $500 that is applied for customized travel itinerary planning.

The deposit you put down to confirm all services is 100% refundable until 90 days before your travel date

The final payment is due 45 days before your travel date (see the full Terms & Conditions)
